Does Peacock have a watch party feature?

The Peacock web player has no watch party button. Flickcall adds one: a free Peacock watch party extension for Chrome that keeps the show in sync for everyone in the party, with video chat beside the player.

Can we watch Peacock together on Discord?

Screen sharing Peacock on Discord often shows your friends a black screen. With Flickcall nobody shares a screen: each of you plays Peacock on your own laptop, and Flickcall keeps the players in sync.

Do we both need our own Peacock account?

Each person watches on their own laptop, signed in to Peacock. If you live apart, use separate accounts. Peacock allows up to three streams at once per account.

Does the Peacock plan with ads work?

Yes. Ad breaks can start at different times. Flickcall waits until you are both back in the show, then play continues together.

Why did the party pause when I switched windows?

Peacock pauses its player when its window is hidden or covered, and Flickcall passes that pause on. Keep the Peacock window visible.

Can we watch Peacock together long distance?

Yes, from different cities, as long as each of you is somewhere Peacock streams. Peacock only plays on devices in the US, so a friend in another country can't open it.

Can I join a Peacock watch party on my phone?

No. Flickcall runs in Chrome on a laptop or desktop. Phones aren't supported.

Is Flickcall free?

Yes. Core features like video playback sync and chat are free on every supported platform. Video and voice chat come with a free weekly allowance. Paid plans unlock unlimited video chat, and only one person in the party needs one.
